Design Sprints

Create products and innovate faster.
I’ve sailed the political structures of large matrix organisation as well as the functional structures of smaller to medium-sized enterprises. No matter how big the companies are I’ve worked for, they’ve increasingly wanted ideas generated from their staff. It’s not hard to come up with ideas but—let’s be honest—most ideas aren’t any good.

This is why I became a certified Design Sprint Facilitator.

Why do you need a certified Design Sprint Facilitator?
A certified Design Sprint Facilitator possesses the level of interpersonal and people skills required to engage with and guide cross-functional teams through the 4-day Design Sprint process efficiently. The practical experience of managing group dynamics and history of amplifying valuable ideas can only be guaranteed from a certified facilitator like myself. Finely tuned and built around the client.
Why use a Design Sprint?
Design Sprints help the best companies in the world create products and innovate better and faster. They help people to either navigate away from those gridlock moments, reinvigorate stagnant projects or kick-start dream projects. What does a Design Sprint look like?
  • Day 1, I work in person with our client, to define the challenges and scope of the week.
  • Day 2, we decide which challenges to prototype.
  • Day 3, we rapidly build the high-fidelity prototype that is then tested with real users on Day 4.
  • Developer ready working Files
What are the deliverables?
Pre-flight Sprint Research, an Interactive Prototype, Targeted User Validation, User Test Video Highlights, an Executive Summary PDF (Ready to Share), Developer Ready Working Files and a Project Handover.

Compressing months of work into a few days and providing you with a clear yes/no answers to the questions you started with — no commitment beyond that.
